Lunchtime Spin 45 minutes consisting of warm-up, indoor cycling, moderate/difficult cycle ride to a veriety of beats, lighting and a fun environment completed with a cool down. (lunch hour)
Spin & Sculpt 60 minutes consisting of warm-up, indoor cycling, moderate/difficult cycle ride, rotating off and on the bike with 10 minute intervals of weights, core exercises with a verity of exercise equipment. Prepare to sweat, tone and sculpt muscle you didn’t know you have.
Aerobics 60 minutes that will be a sure-fire way to rev up your metabolism and start a fat-burning fire inside you that will get you lean and keep you that way. Prepare to engage in workouts that will consist of conditioning, strengthening and sculpting your body to reach your optimal fitness level.
Line Dance 60 minutes of cardio dance fitness class that combines music from all genres and international music dance moves .You don’t need to know how to dance, you just need to know how to have fun and burn lots of calories. Anyone interested can come to this class. It is designed for everyone at any fitness level.
HoopFit 60 minutes of aerobic exercise using hulahoops. This class provides fat burning, low impact, core strengthening and helps calms the mind. Come join the hottest new fitness movement!
Twerk 60 minutes of intensity isolating core and glutes. These isolated muscular contractions will build strength, anaerobic endurance and will sculpt skeletal muscles.

Silver Sneakers a free fitness program for seniors. Silver Sneakers includes unlimited access to Exercise Express. We also offer fitness classes led by our certified instructors on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 10:00 am.
Insanity 60 minutes The program is based on a fitness method called “max interval training.” Max interval training has you work as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals, with 30-second periods of rest in between. Our instructors will be sure to make you sweat.
